I am however surprised to see a number of members getting so defensive abt this exCEO

Do u guys know this exCEO personally? If so, plzzzz enlighten. I haven't seen this kind of outrage on many of the other posts I have read from the so called senior members.

Hehe.. Shoban.. Hindu says the name clearly. Also, they have mentioned that Anil had earlier worked in a firm in Technopark.
If you want solid proof, check with museum policestation. There is no point in fighting each other.. instead try to find the truth.

Hi admin, rajan and others all. I know the truth ok, (i know once i claim you will ask for proof, but i cannot prove, or i wll have to reveal my identity, so lets get practical) then i dont believe that even if i bothered to say, some of you will not believe, and will still ask for proof and all that. that is not going to happen. i know the truth from a third persons perspective only so i share. who wants to believe, do. of corse you can cross check with your own friends at alamy or elsewhere use your own judgement.

the ex ceo of alamy mr. anil is a gentleman, as far as i know. but there were lot of complints inside the company among people about the sudden changes he implement after taking office. most of the complaints were ont officially reported, but is doing the rounds as gossip or wateva u call it. some of the things that employess did not like was he favoritism. he promoted people who he liked and sacked some people among who were ppl who existed ryt from the start of the companys inception.

people came people went. he remained the same. just like any other office, business went as usual. now the story about a girl in the company - who i wont name, and abt the guy.

there was this girl who got promoted (ppl say favoritism) from a lower level job and all (customer care or something) to a senior level unnaturally and immediately. she had to go for official tours with anil to various places. (read further to see why this part is significant) then after some time, the girls husband got invited to the company too in a very very senior position. he was also a very junior level fello in another company in technopark. so this all gave to more gossips only, saying anil favorited the girl and she compromised for her husband and all bull s**t.

then everything went alright, when one fine day another major incident happened. another female emplyee (senior) lodged a formal complaint to the organizations owner (in uk) about the ceo (i dont know the reason, probably abuse or some crap). this time the owners of alamy (the kerala wing is managed by anil, but the owners are in uk i think, check their site and you will know) took it seriously and took action on the ceo. he was immediately sent on long leave without any reason shown and after some days, alerted that has left the company. (reason still not given).

now the major twist. after leaving alamy, the ex ceo (alleged only, no proof) made threatening calls to the first femal employee (whose husband was also invited to joing the company) and even created blogs in her name (with vulgar content and her photo) citing things like s-- she had with the ceo during her official tours (mentioned earlier) and all. even bad remarks about her husband.
(i have seen those blogs earlier, but dont want to share the links, google search and find out).

this incident only made the employee file police complaint about the ceo and upon investigation he was arrested. (the hindu article)

police will may be dont know the inside stories but i know it because i know the inside stories. there is no proof, as it is always in such stories.

if you want to know the real story with proof - go to alamy and ask any employee you know in anyway, whom they can trust. obviously noone will say anything to strangers, its a police case. or ask the police, they will be able to give proof.

dont ask me the girl name, or anything else please. these are all what we know from 3rd person perspective. to know the truth from a more closer view i have to be anil or the girl who complained, or her husband.
